Return Policy (Applicable to Underwear / Intimate Apparel Products)

  1. Return Acceptance Period Returns can be requested within 30 days from the date you receive the item (based on the delivery confirmation date).
  2. Return Types and Conditions
    • No-Reason Returns (subjective reasons such as “I don't like it”, “it's not suitable”、wrong size/color, etc.): This store does not support no-reason returns for underwear/intimate apparel. Underwear is considered personal hygiene/intimate apparel. Per U.S. consumer laws, industry standards, and common e-commerce practices (e.g., Amazon, Shopify guidelines), opened/worn intimate items are generally not eligible for no-reason returns to ensure hygiene and resale safety. Please carefully check size, style, and material before placing your order.
    • Defective/Quality Issue Returns (obvious defects, damage, fabric flaws, functional issues, etc.): Supported. Once verified by us, return shipping and related fees will be borne by the store. Please contact customer service promptly after receipt and provide clear photos/videos as proof.
  3. Shipping Fee Responsibility
    • For quality issues or seller-caused returns: Return shipping is fully covered by the store.
    • If your order included $1.20 fixed return shipping insurance (or rate-based return protection), the one-way return shipping fee may be reimbursed by the insurance (subject to the insurer's rules; any excess or non-covered amount is your responsibility).
    • No-reason returns are not supported, so no related fees apply.
  4. Return Restocking/Handling Fee For supported returns (quality issues), no restocking/handling fee is charged. (The original 10% fee applied mainly to no-reason returns; since underwear does not qualify, it is waived here. If you later add non-intimate categories, this can be reintroduced.)
  5. Refund Method and Timeline
    • Once the returned item arrives and passes our quality inspection, we will process a full refund (original purchase amount) within 3-7 business days.
    • Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing time to your account varies: PayPal/Stripe/Card generally 3-10 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider).
  6. Special Notes & Non-Returnable Items
    • Underwear, briefs, bras, and other intimate apparel: Must remain in original packaging, unopened, unworn, with hygiene liner/stickers intact, and no signs of use; otherwise, returns are not accepted (even within 30 days).
    • Other non-returnable items (per standard policies):
      • Opened cosmetics, personal care, hair products
      • Food, perishables, supplements
      • Custom-made/personalized items
      • Opened electronics/digital products
      • Items explicitly marked “Final Sale / No Returns” in the product description
    • If the item becomes unsellable due to buyer misuse (e.g., improper wear, washing, tag removal), even quality disputes may affect approval.

Simple Return Process

  1. Log in to your account → My Orders → Request Return/Refund
  2. Select “Quality Issue/Defective” and upload clear photos/videos showing the problem
  3. Await approval, then ship to the provided return address (use trackable shipping and keep the tracking number)
  4. Item received → Inspected → Approved → Refund issued
